The time it take to jump through hoops just to get the job approved justified for previous labor times on top of the gasket sets not coming with new hoses and claps so you always have to redrian the coolant to replace at least 1 clap... and thats just the beginning of how I feel about this ridiculous labor time decrease i could get .3 or something but 3hrs decrease is crazy

Technicians And Service Advisors are the answer to Hyundai and Kia’s engine problems. How does cutting their times and earnings help the people that are bailing these two manufactures out? They have extended the warranties for these engine problems multiple time. In my opinion with decisions like shaving times to save the manufactures money will only lead to a shortage of techs and advisors wanting to work with these manufactures problems down the road. We have had several of these vehicles need multiple engines and I see no reason in engine quality or changes in engines that make me feel the problem is going away. The only thing going away from Kia and Hyundai right now with these action are the quality techs and advisors. This problem needs quick and decisive action from Kia and Hyundai of AMERICA.

KIA has been saving money by shaving it off the backs of the employees for a long time. Including the dealers. This practice needs to result in a class action lawsuit for many other forms of work performed that they refuse to pay people for. Its illegal...

Multiple warranty jobs paying ridiculous. How are techs supposed to make hours with the amount of warranty work and the labor times they say it takes. Not including the multiple steps added just to get jobs approved when it’s common sense engine is knocking needs an engine.

As a service technician, this, along with other warranty labor rates, are making things far too difficult to make a living and provide for my 5 year old son. Unbelievable the amount of work that's required now in order to log a 40 hour work week. Most times requiring 6-7 days worth of working to achieve that.

3.6 to do your dual clutches is a joke. Fix your guys labour times already. I can already see the effects of "you get what you pay for" as hacks slam your cars together to even get close to these un real times. Come backs are on the rise and so is customer dissarification. Plus all your techs of 10+ years experince are walking out the door. Stop the bleeding!
