Very unfair labor time, it takes most technician atleast 7 hours to properly perform this task.

No technician is at fault for these poorly built engines. Why cut labor times while requiring even more work than before? We will be informing customers of why we can not repair their vehicles due to KMA/HMA cost cutting.

warranty is very good for customers, not so good for techs. What is cp at other manufacturers, is warranty at kia which hurts the tech. We have families to feed, making the process longer and paying less is a good way to lose techs.

we already get shafted on abunch of other warranty work from kia. Free this and free that.

I’ve been with the company 8+ years and this is absolutely unfair to the technicians that have to replace the engines that Kia failed to properly QA/QC. At a minimum, Kia and KMA should have informed every individual prior to the change. It’s sad that it has come to this.
