A waiver should not be granted. There is a reason that the regulations are on the books and waiver should not be granted.

Please help us keep our quality of living during this construction!

I support the right of Jianan and her family live in her own house as a comfortable life. The midnight noise made from her neighbor is illegal in the state of FL

No noise-people are trying to live nearby

The existing historic building should be preserved and any structure permitted atop should be subject to height restrictions
