Dogs have been getting killed by dog collars and dog owners need to realize that harnesses are much safer. I would want people to agree with me on why we need to stop selling collars. They leave marks on dogs that dogs don't deserve. Harnesses may cost a little extra but you could save your loved ones life. Why should dogs be abused by something that could be avoided?
