Pause, Review, and Involve: Say NO to 25-25 on 7/21/25

We, the undersigned, are owners of benefited property within the Kings Point Road Improvement and Maintenance District, and oppose and protest the adoption of Resolution of Intent No. 25-25, A resolution of intention to fund Kings Point Maintenance District Infrastructure Maintenance.

Our basis for petition are stated below, but not limited to:

• Lack of timely notification to benefited property owners.
• Failure to secure multiple bids (or documented attempts)
• Failure to identify scope of work (ie., construction timeframe, specified areas of repair, warranty)
• Potential cost burden and financial impact on benefited property owners
• Identification of total cost of projects (ie., interest rate, unforeseen conditions)
• Cost allocation of project to benefited property owners

We urge the governing body to reject Resolution No. 25-25 and give benefited property owners within the Kings Point Road Improvement and Maintenance District more time to review the project and participate in a transparent, inclusive planning process.
