In Oneida county you will only receive a restricted ccw license. My goal is to change that. Under the law we are supposed to be treated equally. In Oneida county we are not. In other NY counties you can receive a unrestricted ccw, or if you are law enforcement. We have the same right to self preservation as everyone else!
