40,000 Sq Ft. Building Planned for Rt. 1 and Sheephill Rd/Lockwood Ln (OneSheepLock)
The Riverside Association Board of Governors believes the building is too large for this location, and we'd like you to voice your opposition to the proposed building in its current state.
138 parking spots (vehicles) will make an already busy and dangerous intersection even more dangerous.
Vehicle turnover with moderate-volume retail is too high for this location.
Safety of children walking to and home from Eastern Middle School is jeopardized by additional cars and delivery trucks at this intersection.
P & Z approval of this project establishes a precedent for future high-density development.
Greenwich Planning & Zoning Commission will review the final application for a large mixed-use building at the OneSheepLock intersection on 27 June 2017 at 7:15pm at the Town Hall Meeting Room.
Please COME TO THE MEETING and show your opposition to these plans. CLICK YES in the selector to the right.
