Ludicrous to think a hotel is even being considered right opposite a school.

Object as per reasons stated above. Traffic Is particularly congested at this intersection to further add more traffic in the guise of a hotel is absolutely absurd!!

Traffic on Centre Dandenong Road (& Nepean Highway) is already a nightmare for those who live on Centre Dandenong Road. I do not believe a residential hotel will add any value. Questioning whether a Privacy issue for those in the units next to 1299.

I am most particularly concerned about vehicle ingress and egress to any commercial accommodation property at this time address.
