I wanna know which a stay at home order why they were transporting prisoners from a prison that already had positive cases?! Was it cause we didn't have it here yet?

DOC should absolutely be held responsible. We were under a quarintine order.

Yes they should of 14 day quarantined after the first positive covid 19 test!!!
