Ultimate Frisbee is a staple of the Ottawa community among people of all ages, levels of competitiveness and participation. The Ottawa Carleton Ultimate Association has done an excellent job in engaging youth and novice players into its welcoming community. As a life long member of OCUA, I feel that I have benefited from the sport and the camaraderie above and beyond what the association and its volunteers have provided through out the years. So it is time for me to pay it forward and ensure that current and future members can enjoy the sport and experiences as much as I have.
