Every word. This is been a discouraging year due to all that has been mentioned here. I wouldn’t recommend any family send their children here if things remain status quo.

I want the community that was promised when we were selected for a coveted OCS spot. My loyalty dwindles, awaiting delivery on that promise, seeing the rise of staff turn over, and feeling the disconnect between admin, staff and families.

OCS has lost its way and we need to bring it back. I signed this petition because I think parents need to reconnect with the OCS community. It's beyond time to allow parents back on campus and to take down the barriers put up during drop-off and pick-up. While the teachers are excellent, the school has made it very difficult to have meaningful interactions with them and others in the school community. Parents' time is not respected with the current setup and lack of communication from the administration.
