No Signs No Fines

I lived in the city of Torrance all my life, we've never had the signs until Scotto became mayor, while he was also trying to get the city contract for his towing company, trying to fatten the city's bank account, a lot of people are on social security with limited resources, like me I've been renting my house for 40 + years. It's getting harder and harder to survive these days. Please remove these signs. Thank you for your time.

Stop charging for Street swiping

Please remove street sweeping signs in my neighborhood!!

I think the sings should be removed.

Get rid of the signs. The street sweepers don't clean the street.

Monies collected from street parking fines should not be allocated to the pensions of city councilmembers or city employees. Instead, the monies should be allocated to maintain city streets and infrastructure.

I don't like the signs but understand their value. One was put in front of my house and is more visual pollution. How about a compromise? Keep the signs, no fines. If that is not an option, I support no signs, no fines.

This program seems to be nothing more than a revenue generating scheme for Torrance. It is arbitrary in its application and there are days when the sweeper does not come down an empty street.
