The type of homes proposed does not align with the over an acre per lot of which one must drive thru. The road now has not been touched by DOT since the neighborhood was built in 1993. The last logging trucks significantly tore up our roads and they were never repaired. The road is not even wide enough now to adequately serve two cars passing with foot traffic. To put 300-600 cars out onto 10/10 , a two lane road which cannot handle the traffic already is insane.

I have serious concerns related to both the significant increase in vehicle traffic on Landsburg Drive, particularly with the currently planned location of the mailboxes for the proposed subdivision, and the significant reduction in privacy provided by the current woodlands behind Wynford subdivision - the requested 100 foot UNDISTURBED” buffer is critical.
