According to valid UN Resolution 1244, Kosovo is a part of Serbia with international UN guidance and watch, and high level of independence cause there live different nationalities and due to regime problems they experienced in the 90s, one thing is sure it is not an independent country approved by UN yet and hope not to be since after self proclaimed independence of Kosovo the authorities, mostly consisted of Albanian people origin living there, did nothing to help Serbian refugees to come back to their homes after they expelled them after the Yugoslavian army had to draw back, after NATO BOMBING, also they did nothing to asure the RULE OF LAW, to find the war criminals of Albanian origin terroristic UCK which killed kids and women and all that happened before '99, and after ' 99 and after declaring independence they did no thing to help the victims and judge the war criminals, nor they promoted Serbian and Montenegro culture tradition there or of other nations living there, they want to erase Serbian trace, which dates back to 9th and 10th century, making false history and lobbying in the world to present other nations as guilty but not to accept and judge the crimes of UCK terrorists. So the crime they are still commiting has not be convicted nor judged, above all the world community is considering giving them full independence deleting the Serbian tradition and culture by making the way to force Serbs once again to flee from Kosovo and creating new instabilities in the region. Also massive number of Kosovan people of Albanian origine leave Kosovo for better life abroad. This is the proof there is no improvment after the one sided declaration of indepenfence, whatsoever all nations live worse on Kosovo, now. Instead, the UN should consider high level of independence to the people living there, try to help them heal, but it is and should remain a part od Serbia. Thank you.
