Lawfully, Historically and Culturally Kosmet is a part of Serbia. Less than half of UN countries accept it (97), less than 2/5 of human population accept it.
It has many of the Serbias oldest monasterys, and it is very important for Serbs, even tho nowadays more Albanians than Serbs live there.
