Buses clog up the streets, pedestrians are at risk and totally changes the character of the neighborhood. There is no reason to allow them here. They offer nothing to the neighborhood.

The issue is much bigger than YEP itself. The neighborhood has become an extension of Port Authority with the DOT irresponsibly issuing bus permits on streets like East Broadway and Pike that don't have the infrastructure to support them. Sidewalks are constantly clogged, forcing residents to walk on the street to get by, including with small children. That's in addition to the pollution the buses cause and the trash their passengers leave on our sidewalks. Totally unacceptable.

Yep Tours constantly parks illegally in front of our apartment, I'm tired of calling 311 about them.

Please do not reward a bad player with a permit.

Terrible drivers, who don't obey the law. Obviously, if they haven't paid NYC fines! Have them p/u & drop off by the river; NOT in a residential area where children & pedestrians frequent. Before a major accident occurs.

I expect the Community Board NOT to reward cheaters like Yep who have flouted the law, polluting our neighborhood and making it unsafe for our children.

Lets not give permits to companies that already show disregard for the law and the neighborhood.

My little girl and I cross this intersection several times a week and the YEP buses make it dangerous. They don't seem to care at all where they stop or how much it inconveniences people.
ARGH! seriously?
