We who supported you believed you had the courage to make sacrifices on our behalf. By asking that your name be taken off the ballot, you will be coming through for in ways you never expected. It will show respect for those who have lent you their support and it will earn back some of the credit you have lost and would continue to lose were you not to drop out of this race.

The way you handled this situation was completely icky. I could never vote for you at this point, just because of how you responded to your accuser. Step down if you care about Bend's representation.
