I vote no to this. To many homes on small area of land. We already have congestion with morning traffic. And they clear cut all trees more erosion into creek area.

Support the land use map and existing zoning! Stop passing rezoning for developers and preserve West Cobb! An increase here and then there and we will no longer have the rural feel of West Cobb that we love.

Please do not allow this the schools and roads are already crowded and no funding is there to help with those two things. Mars Hill has needed widening for many years I have lived out here in Crabapple Cove for 22 yrs. Don't make schools and traffic pay the price for greed in some one else. Thanks

I wonder if these dwvelopers live in the area. Or do they live in the type of homes om lots they are trying to build. I am all about building up areas but it has to be done right with consideration of other owners in the area. West Cobb is a very desireable location and a great place to raise a family. This feeling can and will change as over population staring occuring due to rezoning.

At the current time we have 3 new neighborhoods currently under construction within a 3 mile radius. The traffic is already so heavy from traffic coming from Paulding County. You can count on 2 cars per house and that many more cars on the road. We already have too much traffic and this will only get worse. Please no more new homes!!

The land and area is beautiful now ! We would like to preserve it that way. Putting small houses in and tearing down every tree ruins the beauty of the land. We already have too many people in this area now. The schools and roads are already over populated. We do not need any more over crowding !! Please !!!!!

We live in the area & traffic is already a nightmare at Acworth Due West & Burnt Hickory Rd. This particular area is growing too fast for our roadways.

The roads and infrastructure in this area are already strapped. The amount of vehicle traffic alone that this rezoning would create will make rush hour traffic in this area completely untenable.
