How about inspectors for predatory lenders?

Eden Prairie residents do not need more governement intrusion into home sales and we do not need to pay higher taxes to have another city employee to run the proposed program.

not only is this a wasteful and inefficient use of our citizens money, it is not a efficient way to solve the problem which is not that big in the first place.

We already have inspections from mortgage companies. Why do we need another duplicate inspection and fee. Just another unnecessary government involvement.

We already pay enough taxes. We don't need yet another way for the government to intervene and charge us for it.

We don't believe this will benefit homeowners, home buyers, and citizens of the city.

This is a ridiculous mandate that entrenches the city government where it does not belong. The expense and burden on the homeowner is unreasonable and a thinly veiled attempt at raising revenue for the city. It removes control of POS from the homeowner and homebuyer and gives it to our government. I strongly oppose this proposed ordinance!

No to required POS inspections; amounts to a tax on EP homeowners

We do not feel that this fee is necessary.More often than not both buyers and sellers will have their own inspections done.

This additional regulation is ridiculous and has got to be overturned. We do not need our local governement interfering with a private transaction between two parties. A transaction that alread has inspectors and sufficient regulation. This is an overreach of the government, and NOT what I voted for when I voted for this mayor or my city councilperson.
