This poses a health and safety risk to the community, This type of facility should not be anywhere near residential properties and or schools . A remote location would be logical for public safety .

A facility like this does not belong so close to a residential area. Reconsidering the location of this Storage facility is the responsible thing to do.

I am a resident of Holtsville for over five decades and I am totally opposed to this lithium battery plant. Holtsville is not the town for such a project as there are residential communities and numerous public schools and athletic fields. There is an outdoor town pool, a walking exercise track, an animal refuge, nurseries, and communities with park-like grounds.

Do not build a storage facility in Holtsville off the LIE Service road. These battery storage facilities in local neighborhoods is dangerous. Store them in Chian Bidens buddies.

Putting a battery storage facility next to the largest gas transfer station on Long Island is probably the dumbest idea I’ve ever seen. One of those gas holding tanks caught fire about 15-20 years ago I can’t imagine putting a lithium ion battery next to that much fuel and running the risk of another explosion by that much fuel being a good idea I like Less then a mile away and will go to all meetings to help fight this

Lithium ion battery storage facilities, have historically, had issues with fires. This sort of facility does not belong in our neighborhood near many homes, and or schools. Other towns in municipalities have had him a moratorium banning these facilities, and so should the town of Islip and Brookhaven.
No thank you!
