Absurd, especially with costs already associated with water & sewage.

As a new resident, this is extremely disappointing. Surely the office would have had some indication that they would be implementing a new fee before we moved in in Mid-July. It is unacceptable that this information was withheld.

Leasing office gives horrible customer service. I had a cockroach infestation and they kept saying, "it's palmetto bugs, common in FL". I opened a service request ticket with the same problem 4 times and it was closed each time without being resolved. I went to the leasing office twice and the manager wouldn't talk to me until I mentioned "breach of contract" the second time. It took them 4 months to take care of the issue. Gates are always broken. Fire alarms have low signals and there are constant beeping noises. There are rats inside some of the grills. I have also seen dead opossums on the trail. And I can keep going.

This fee for the optional gym is probably illegal. Our next step will be to obtain legal counsel.

The fee actually went from $4.00 to $6.50 recently, no one complained apparently, so now they pull this crap, after they increased my rent $100.00 a month 2 months ago. It's not even about the money at this point, it's the principle. They nickel and dime us all the time, yet NOTHING in this complex ever works. The gates, the grills. They say it's to keep up with the complex amenities (Most of which I don't use) What did my $100 a month rent increase go towards?!?!? This pace is a joke. I hope someone sends this story to the local news and they pick up on it. Screw Post I cannot wait til my lease is up and to badmouth this place to every reviewer and every person I know. The Worst part is I even took the time and wrote out a nice email, and not no reply. I guess $15.00 a month can't even buy a reply to an email in this complex.

This "charge" is such a joke. I Emailed Post a long email... I got no reply. I guess our $15.00 fee can't even get us a reply to an email. Someone should bring this story to the local news.. Also, post fliers around the mail areas and pools about the petition.. Use the common area printers (That never work and are slow as shit) to print them up! lol

Thank you for taking the time to create this petition, Post Rocky Point is by far the worst landlord I have ever dealt with for a multitude of reasons - hidden and additional fees, fee increases, limitations/expenses of amenities (I would have to pay to use the gym - seriously?), BUGS (I have an infestation of roaches and pincher bugs - it's gross and unsanitary), excuses ("its florida" - I'm a native and have never dealt with these issues before), poor customer service, malfunctioning of gate (which hit my car), not completing service requests (I have had a request in for over a month that has still not been addressed), and I could just go on. I would love to enjoy the property, but I have not had a very pleasant experience as a resident of ONLY 1.5 months, and I would never recommend this property to anyone.

We just had an increase from $5 to $6.50. Where in my lease does it say you can increase my rent whenever you fell like it. Send me the clause so I can reveiw my lease.

I think it's outrageous that our rents can be raised in the middle of a lease term. Maintaining the property is what we pay rent for- - there should be no additional charges.
