First of all the area is still a flood plain. We have been through this before. If they build the land up for apartments, it will just push more water into the homes in Windswept and Mirasol. Secondly, the building of apartments across from these 2 subdivisions adds even more traffic on already congested 109, W and FF. Finally, adding apartments can seriously reduce the property values of the homes in Windswept and Mirasol.

This intersection is already congested. Traffic will increase on W. My home backs to W. This area is very LOUD with construction trucks, etc. that go 55 mph.
