Call for a new North Greenwich – Kidbrooke Village bus route

I fully support a new daily bus route between Kidbrooke Village and North Greenwich Station. I also think the Kidbrooke area in general needs more bus service improvements to Woolwich Blackheath Village and Lewisham.

Please add more buses.

The trains and buses are always packed at rush hour, and heaven forbid something happens on the trains. Kidbrooke village deserves a bus route given its growth in population

Not adding an extra bus route would limit the economic development of the area and the success of the Kidbrooke development. The existing bus network does not manage with the current demand, particularly at peak times. The network clearly won't work effectively with the population increase in Kidbrooke. Extra public transport capacity will also provide on alternative to the new population from using the Blackwell tunnel which is one of TFL's most well known bottlenecks.

More 108 & 132 buses need to run from Kidbrooke to Greenwich in the morning

The current situation, for Kidbrooke area residents traveling from North Greenwich, is that there are too many people for the number of available buses. I consider it is extremely important to increase transport and with this support the residents - that day to day face unpleasant time when in need of getting the bus.

This is so necessary. Often people in Blackheath and kidbrooke don't even get in the bus to NG and the 132 from NG is packed at all times when others buses leave with only a few people on. This needs to be addressed

With an ever growing community we need to improve transport links in the South East in general and in Kidbrooke in particular.

Shocked how there has been no increase in capacity in SE trains since village built. Serious TFL failure. Mayor has his priorities wrong. All buses as North Greenwich are at dangerous crush levels. Need bigger bus station as well as more frequentl buses. Having 3 buses serve each stop at once is a health and safety risk. Wrong use of space at new north greenwich site and bus station should have been expanded. On SE people cannot board trains at Lewisham in the evenings due to overcrowding. This mayor only focussed on his vanity projects and is failing the people of London. Perhaps if he spent less time on matters that don't concern him like government matters he could fix these issues. Invited him to come to Lewisham and North Greenwich at rush hour and of course NO response

We have buses on every other route apart from this route .

The buses are overcrowded, and something needs to be done about the queuing system at North Greenwich to get on the buses.

London bound trains are already crowded when they arrive at Kidbrooke Station on a weekday and this is exacerbated when trains are cancelled or delayed. Alternative routes to London via bus are needed especially as more properties in Kidbrooke are occupied.

I have already written to tfl regarding the shocking state of the 132 service so am fully behind this. Suggest you get this out on Facebook via local groups as well. 1000 signatures should be easy to achieve.

The fact the 132 often stops at East Greenwich in the mornings, during rush hour is a joke. Totally agree on a new service.
