Seems more like a personal problem then a justified ban. Regardless of the players past, he was given another chance, and that chance should not be jeopardized by a staff member holding a grudge.

Once unbanned, the player should stay unbanned until they do something wrong.

Once banned, the reason: dropping off a clift without dying. They banned me for: Hacking - Regen

Our goal isn't really 1k, lol that's just the default setting.
