I am eternally grateful for all of the hard work, research, thought, and emotional toil that took place before, during, and after this program. The program was fantastic, informative, eye opening, necessary, and painful. I hope more programs are in the works and more information can be shared regarding the actions people can take, ESPECIALLY by local scene leaders, local dance organizers, local teachers, local DJs, local musicians, etc. to welcome, encourage, support, embrace, MENTOR, center and uplift BIPOC people.
