Devan C. Lewis (AKA ABYSS) and the subject known as "C3RO" are rightly unfit for Moderation of the teen chatting and dating site known as Fundatecity, which shall hereby be refereed to as FDC.

They are expected to moderate without personal agenda or interests in mind. They are instead supposed to run the site in the absence of Richard Law the Second(AKA maximus) whom shall hereby be refereed to as The Admin. They are incompetent in the former activity.

They have shown their inability to moderate in a fair and just way by the deletion of innocent members of FDC. The most notable of these were a member by the username "Pein". He had been falsely accused of "breaking site rules" by allegedly having an affair with relational partner only known by the name of "Jamie" Jamie is currently in a relationship with Devan. Other notable people unjustly deleted include: Belocity, Rose Boggs (aka Aura), ichigo, and Jacob Wolf.

FDC has been run solely by The Admin for the past 3 years and has been in its peak years during the time and has reached decline with the hiring of Devan and C3RO. This Petition calls for a return of a sole admin system of administration of FDC
