The clubhouse would, no doubt, be a nice addition to our amazing neighborhood, but the residents deserve full transparency on what the project entails, how much it'll cost over the next several years, and how it'll impact each homeowner financially.

I have been reviewing the feedback provided by residents throughout this process. It is clear that the community desires a formal breakdown of the clubhouse budget and long term fiscal implications. I am currently preparing a list of specific questions to present to the board during their next public session.

The level of participation surrounding this request for transparency demonstrates that our neighbors prioritize fiscal responsibility. This momentum confirms that the community deserves a clear explanation regarding the clubhouse project.

I like the idea of having a clubhouse as long as (1) rental and deposit fees are reasonable and (2) free or low costs activities are provided (i.e. Exercise class).
I would like all of the details about the clubhouse. If at any point it is going to cost me money...I don't want it.
Only after all cost estimates, forecasts and a draft project plan have been drawn up; should final approval to proceed be given.
I would like to have a special meeting AND have written information distributed to residents regarding the plans and finances of the Mira Lagos clubhouse.
I would like to understand the capital investment, benefits, risk, and most importantly - potential financial impact to home owners in short and mid term.
I would like more information on the clubhouse which is suppose to built for Mira Lagos
There's an HOA meeting Tuesday, May 10. Please come out in large numbers to hear what's going on.

I feel full disclosure is needed if we are to have full participation. There have already been enough changes made to the Master Planned Community without residents and City being aware of it going on.
