As a long time resident of EP my husband was a contractor and builder and we rebuilt/rehab over 5 homes in EP and over 30 home in Atlanta. EP was always the hardest city PZ to work with due to incompetence of staff. This city needs to step into the future of better planning. We are no longer Mayberry! Just look at Hapeville/College Park, what’s the problem with moving forward to attract development? This is not 1988, but 2023 the tax base population needs to increase-we cannot strive towards the future with the 40% seniors tax base dependent.

The City Government of East Point are oppressing development in East Point. We, as citizens would like to see this development and our city, progress.

I run & drive by this property at least 2x's a day. This development will greatly help this property & put a stop to an easy exit for TCHS students trying to sneak away from school.
