Marathon exemplifies the spirit of any Ganes and having It excluded from the SEA is just a poor reflection of the sporting ambition and excellence of our region. Reinstate it for the SEA games regardless of which country might dominate.

Marathon should never be excluded in any major sports meet. It's the core of athletics.

Why is the marathon event being scrapped when there are endless roads to run on in Malaysia?? It's not even a logistical nightmare to organize the event.

There is no reason why a country cannot hold a marathon race in an "international" games meet.

Marathon is one of the most meaningful race as we get to see runner determination and endurance. So I feel that it shouldn't be cancel :)
