We the students of the HISD Energy Institute, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Food to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the students of HISD Energy Institute we need to stand up the the unfair changes that this school has made to our lunch. We need these 45 minutes of lunch, it allows for a great break for students. Students need to eat there lunch especially if they get lunch from the line that takes almost 30 minutes alone. Plus chatting with people is a great way to relax the mind from schoolwork making the next class even better. Please consider signing this petition so we can make lunch great again.
