We really need this.... A knife is not a weapon, its a tool.... The person who uses it can change the defenition

I mean it already is here in Oregon but I want to see this in other places and stop the tragedy of people losing their knives because of illegality.

The balisong community is healthy and alive, and it's growing. This will allow more people to access this hobby legally, and give it a good name in public eye.
