I think someone needs a change in career. Clearly you arent doing very well as a ranger. As for the council, shame shame shame for allowing this to happen.

These people should not have the power to murder innocent beings. So the dog got out, don't shoot it! Geez. Something really needs to be done about this.

we love our two dogs like family, they are the most caring beautiful dogs but if they feel threatened I don't blame them for acting aggressively.... Who determines they are acting aggressively? The ranger alone? if he harmed them he would wanna watch his back

There are so many story's of the terrible things this ranger has done. I think this needs to be looked at from a legal standpoint. He is clearly breaking the law.
