New Rangers and compassionate staff are needed. Staff must focus on rehoming, not killing, and work openly with rescue groups and volunteers, as many other pounds already do.

Please let the Rescue Groups have access to the pound and stricter guidelines for an animal to be put down to ensure no animal is destroyed without good reason and also allow animals a family burial when available

This Ranger should be dismissed instantly. Even his comments back show a complete lack of care. And no severance pay either.
