I voted to approve the sale and like to hope their is still an opportunity for the sale, But deep down I always knew the sale would not go through and that the garage conversion would have far reaching consequences for years to come.

It's an excellent trade-off - essentially a free $52 million, with only minor inconveniences and diminution in the quality of life for our coop.

I'm a shareholder interested in selling air rights but would like to know who is behind this petition.

Change is coming, views are constantly changing. I feel we need to take advantage of selling our air rights.

I would be interested in selling our air rights if there was still an opportunity to do so.

So is there actually any merit to this petition? Who is running it and who is seeing it? And clearly we need help getting more than 80 signatures which we have regarding this issue before..,,

Is there any real opportunity here? What leverage do we have to "demand" that Ascend/Round Square work with us? I'm happy to sign another petition but would prefer to have some evidence (via management or the developers) that a concerted effort would potentially pay off.

What ever happened to "our names will be posted shortly?" Who are you? You have ZERO credibility until you reveal your name(s).

It is a unique opportunity to sell Air Rights. Let us have an Intellectual discussion with Share Holders who have Concerns. I am Optimistic We can bring Almost Everybody on Board. I am willing to participate in the discussion and I am certain we can convince the Nay sayers if we patiently explain while Listening to their Logic. Dr. Ravi

I think the opportunity already passed; however, I'd be interested if there were still an opportunity. I was surprised we didn't get a higher % of "yes" votes in the first instance.

The neighborhood is changing; we will all have a different view eventually, may as well profit from it. For those who think a few more minutes of lower light/day will lower their unit’s selling price — having a financially-secure building with low maintenance (thanks to selling air rights) in a better neighborhood (thanks to construction) will RAISE the selling price of your co-op. It’s win-win-win. Selling air rights Is a no-brainer.

The last notification the Board sent regarding trying to pass the vote by majority and not 2/3 Ascend said forget it. They are no longer interested in buying. I've not seen any Board notice that that has changed. If it has I would sign.
