The city needs to change the way traffic runs on Valley Central Way in Lancaster, CA. It is very unsafe due to its wide turns and no traffic stops. My wife was hit by a person on her phone going over the speed limit and the city should be held accountable. There are blind spots all along this street. The city needs to put in stop signs, take out the bike lane to make it a two lane street again and reduce the speed due to the high foot traffic that crosses the street without any Yeild for pedestrian signs.
