Request to LTA for a signalized crossing along 1 Unity Street

The intersection is extremely dangerous and I am scared every single time I cross this road with my 2 young kids.

This is sorely needed at such a busy pedestrian and traffic intersection, particularly in the mornings and late afternoons. There are so many children’s activities and preschools on various sides of the road, yet no safe places to cross, especially with prams.

Very hard to cross this street with children.

This is really needed - it’s a busy intersection in an area heavily populated with young children, and it’s always difficult and unsafe to cross.

Safety is our number one priority - please create a safe crossing for our families!

What a fantastic initiative! This would be so welcome given I make this crossing twice a day with a toddler to access Cambridge school, largely for the pre school age. It’s a main thoroughfare with both Cambridge and Eton House located in Robertson Walk, and Superland in UE Square and such a difficult and dangerous crossing with young children. Fingers crossed for success.

It is extremely difficult to cross the road anywhere on this road. Especially with a pram or children. And very least a zebra crossing is needed.

There is no safe way to cross this street, especially when assisting children to cross or with children in prams. Please address this urgently.
