A cultural Center is needed and more apartments on Crown Valley are not. It is a shame that we do not have regular Arts in our beautiful city.

As a newcomer (purchased just 2 years ago), I already love Laguna Niguel and think of it as home. As we settled in, we soon realized that our town has nothing to bring outsiders here and you must drive a distance for special events. This Cultural Center would be a quality destination for all of south Orange County, bringing $$ from outside and a great gathering place for locals. I'm all for it!

As a newcomer (purchased just 2 years ago), I already love Laguna Niguel and think of it as home. As we settled in, we soon realized that our town has nothing to bring outsiders here and you must drive a distance for special events. This Cultural Center would be a quality destination for all of south Orange County, bringing $$ from outside and a great gathering place for locals. I'm all for it!
