The last thing we need is more multi-family housing and higher population density in LN. Especially when it’s being force upon us by the County.

Laguna Niguel needs a Cultural Center much more than it needs more housing. Not only would a Cultural Center enhance the quality of life of current Laguna Niguel residents, but it would attract positive attention to the city, increase property values, and encourage more people to visit Laguna Niguel, spend money in our restaurants and shops, and potentially consider moving here. We need to attract more young professionals to Laguna Niguel by livening up the place with REAL cultural events!
