South OC is seriously lacking in venues for performing arts events sponsored by non-profits and community groups. We need this much more than we need more apartments!

I think that bring a cultural centre to Laguna Niguel would be a wonderful thing! There aren't many places to see plays in that area other than high schools from what I know.
