I can't believe they're even considering more apartments! Why would we want to over-crowd our streets and schools even more than they already are? I don't see how they could possibly take the increased capacity of cars and student to teacher ratio that would bring on. My husband and I have long said that Laguna Niguel is missing an opportunity for some sort of Town Center where people can gather and enjoy all that Laguna Niguel can offer it's citizens.

We have so many apartment style and mass produced housing in our city. Our quiet town of Laguna Niguel deserves the chance to have a special Cultural Center to enhance our community richness, art appreciation, and historical knowledge. This would be a wonderful opportunity to give our city what we desperately need-- a rich, diverse artistic experience, not more unnecessary housing. A cultural center will be more valued and appreciated within our community, and will become a beautiful asset to our home.
