No more homes! We dont need 400 more cars on our roads. Let's utilize that space for something beneficial to all of the community members!

My children, husband and I would prefer the space to be left open. We live in Charter Terrace next to the library. It's unfortunate that the space has to be filled. One of the things we love about Laguna Niguel is the low congestion. That being said given the choice we would much rather have a Cultural Center there. I think it would give our family oriented community a great place to enjoy. Then benefits that a Cultural Center would bring are countless. Thewould be enriched.

Please serve the existing constituents before housing new ones. For those of us who bought here and raised our families here a soccer field and skateboard park do not serve our needs. We should be at least as progressive as La Mirada or Carson both of whom provide a theater for their citizens.
