It seems so short sighted to pass up on the opportunity to foster a cultural destination in our community and instead favor of more housing. Our community needs more than just money to be enriched and enriching.

There are plenty of new apartments being built in the Gateway center of Laguna Niguel, and plenty more already in existence along Moulton Pkwy and Golden Lantern, with the recently renovated apartments on Niguel now starting to lease as well. Let's focus on a more cultural initiative rather than more apartments

I am deeply disturbed by the idea of additional apartments within my city of the last 7 years; the construction at Cabot and Crown Valley is more then enough. Trafic, congestion, polution and overcrowding are all outcomes of this terrible move. NO MORE APARTMENTS!

Omg...this town is a cultural wasteland...with all the $$$ the city is making on new housing, couldn't they expand our destiny with shopping, dining and culture.Please Laguna Niguel, make us whole !

Our high school has the top performing arts program in the county, and has no funds for a theater for the last 30 years, we need this!
