The high-density housing at Cabot will likely result in a massive increase in congestion between I5 and our city. We don't need any more housing. What we do need are more amenities for residents and LNCC would fill a big gap.

This is the opportunity to create a Town that Laguna Niguel os SORELY missing. Our current "center" is a poorly planned idea of community and commerce. It doesn't work. Rather than taking 2-3 decades to try to undo the mistake currently being considered by the OC Board (please note the costly move taking place in Dana Point to undo what they did 30 years ago), let's do it right for the community NOW. And, while you're at it, please reconfigure Town Center Drive...a sorry little strip with flegling businesses and tired office buildings. Its an embarrasement. I will never take visitors there. We drive to Laguna, San Clemente, or the Harbor. WE NEED A VILLAGE!!!t

There are high density apartments going in at Crown Valley and Cabot - we don't need any more! A cultural center would be a well received addition to our city.

Please, please, please consider adding something cultural to our city instead of more apartments. Our schools have lost so much in the way pf art and music that it would be great to have a place for them to go for field trips that isn't 30-45 minutes away. The new City Hall and the refurbished library have made this town feel like it has a real city center and a cultural center or museum would just add so much more. Please think of the community and not the potential profit.

A project with over 230k square feet of retail/office/eating space and 200 apartments with only 6,000 feet of open space is insane! THe intesification of use for that property does NOTHING for the City of Laguna Niguel but add congestion and over tax our services.

If love to see nice stores and a close knit city feel. I'm all for restaurants and shops which also boost the local economy. However the prospect of apartments I am not for. Thanks for listening.
