For over 200 years the state of Kentucky has held stubbornly onto the impetuously greedy claims of its northern border. Kentucky has made accommodations for Indiana and Ohio only once throughout the three's legal observation of states of the United States of America. The results of Kentucky's border ownership ended in millions of dollars lost due to the two other's inability to garner revenue from the rivers resources and activities. This ended only partially in the early 1980's after several supreme court cases. This petition in particular deals with the land located south of Water Works Road in what is currently Henderson County Kentucky. The moon shaped piece of land locally known as River Camp is in no way, shape, or form connected to Kentucky via land. The approximately eight square miles of land should therefore be promptly and peacefully surrendered to the county of Vanderburgh.
