We, the residents of the Kingston Pointe Manor townhome subdivision and neighboring communities, support the modification of the zoning of the 2nd phase of Kingston Pointe Manor to delete Condition 1, thereby eliminating the requirement for certain units within Kingston Pointe Manor to be Live/Work.
