Thank you for listening to us and hearing our concerns. I have been waiting for my skilled visa for almost three years. We have invested so much time, effort, and hope in building our future in Australia and showing that we are ready and willing to contribute to the country.
But after all this time, we are still waiting for an answer.
We are simply asking to be heard and given a fair opportunity to build our lives, work, and contribute to Australia.

Discrimination against a nationality is not acceptable for a country claiming freedom and justice…
Lots of people have devoted their time and financial resources to migrate to Australia, regarding the country’s immigration policy announcement, YET the country has decided to stop reviewing a group of applicants based on nationality. Is it really fair? Isn’t it against human rights and even humanity. You should have announced that their process can be affected because of their nationality

We Iranian offshore visa applicants feel like those swept away and lost in Nepal’s devastating floods — buried beneath a current no one can reach. We too are drowning under years of delay, injustice and uncertainty. Now is the time for the Australian Government to come to our aid. Please hear our voices beneath the weight of this injustice, help pull us out of this limbo, and give us back our chance to live and build our futures.
