This is the most frustrating situation I have ever been in. Waiting for over 10 months without a single update is not fair, while applications from other nationalities are being processed in a queue.

Title:
Fair Processing for Iranian Visa Applicants
Text:
We are Iranian skilled visa applicants facing long and unexplained delays in our applications.
While others receive regular updates, many Iranians have waited months or years without any response.
We ask the Australian Government to ensure fairness, transparency, and equal treatment for all applicants and to review and resolve the delays affecting Iranian cases.

I have been waiting for two years, unable to move forward with major life decisions such as marriage and starting a family. Each time I contact your offices, I am advised not to marry, as it could lead to my application being refused. This situation places my future and personal life on indefinite pause. I respectfully request clear guidance and a timeline for when a decision can be expected, so that I can plan my life responsibly.

We have always expected the Australian nation and the Australian government a fair and just attitude towards making decision on immigrational issues. But lately we have been the victim of some unfair political manners and diplomatic affairs!
This is not what all the world know the Australia for!!!

We are deeply concerned that applications from Iranian nationals appear to be stalled while others continue to be processed. Iranians who apply for skilled migration do so legally, bringing valuable qualifications and a strong work ethic. We kindly ask for equal treatment and timely assessment of our cases. Please provide clarity and a fair resolution for applicants who have been waiting without answers.

We ask not to be treated as collateral damage in political disputes. We are ordinary people who have worked hard for our dreams and the future of our families. We should not be caught in the middle of political tensions beyond our control. We respectfully urge you to prioritize fairness and humanity in your decisions.

Our lives are deeply affected by the prolonged uncertainty surrounding this visa process. Every major decision is on hold — from changing careers or starting a business, to renewing a lease, enrolling children in school, or even planning for marriage and growing a family again.
We are not just file numbers — we are human beings, living through some of the most important years of our lives, which require stability and long-term planning. We respectfully ask for transparency, accountability, and fairness throughout this process.
