I know these people. There is no way he committed this crime. This is a travesty and needs to be appealed and the case reexamined.

It's hard to believe how much injustice there is in our so-called justice system. We are praying that he gets released soon through a re-trial or some miracle from God.

Anyone, I don't care if they are appointed an attorney or pay an attorney, deserves proper defense. This dirty prosecution mess and lazy defense mess must stop!!! How smart does one have to be to realize that human lives are at stake here? This man deserves to have his case dismissed, his name cleared and compensation for his time in prison. Those who put him in prison deserve to be in prison!

Justice needs to be served to all. If we are going to use the public defender option, shouldn't we provide quality counsel and ones who actually represent the individual? Adequate counsel is a constitutional right!
