Dr. Pompy is unfortunately caught in the middle of the "war on drugs".. He is not a part of the cause of the "epidemic " of narcotic addiction and overdose but more of a warrior for the patient who is fighting his own war against chronic pain. An affliction impossible to be understood by an outsider. Dr Pompy is tireless in his education of new and ever developing treatments in addition to drugs for treating his patients. I am a retired nurse who believes that those in the medical field are first and foremost advocates for their patients, and I hope that Dr Pompy is allowed to continue to advocate for this complex and difficult patient group.

This doctor dose NOT deserve this he has done nothing but help people with their pain and addiction this is sad he is the only one in Monroe county that loves to help is patients I support doctor pompy!

Dr. Pompy I have known for nearly 30 years. First as an associate, then as my doctor. He was the only one that managed my pain to a degree that was acceptable for my line of work. He is an honest and very caring person and doctor. YOu are doing him an injustice.

I was going to Doc for 14years. He was very caring, professional and understanding. I don't understand why Monroe county wants to blame Doc for the heroin epidemic. The DEA should have taken care of the heroin. Doc did not being it into this county. I have to live in pain daily. I am not a heroin addict......
