This is clearly a felony hardly a misdemeanor.

Jeff Hill is a criminal and should be behind bars. He knowingly deceived our family and our business and stole from us. He is a disgrace to the Napa Valley community and the reputation that the growers and winemakers of our community have worked so hard to build. Please put him away as punishment for his crimes as none of us will ever receive our money back.

Jeff Hill deserves to go to jail for his numerous felonies. Letting him off would set a presidence for further criminal activity. He needs to seve his time for the remainder of his life. Jeff Hill is NOT an example of what the wine business represents; respect, hard work, health and fun. Jeff Hill must pay for his numerous wrong-doings.

This is ridiculous. The guy had felony charges reduced so he could plead no contest? He is a thief plain and simple.

Please ensure this thief is charged and sentenced properly so this type of very costly crime is no longer committed in the winery business. This is a very tight knit community that needs to have only quality, trustworthy people working within it. He needs to keep his felony conviction and do the appropriate time in jail.

Jeff Hill harmed our business through major fraud and theft as well and should be charged with a felony and serve time for his actions.

My experience with the winery and vineyard folks in the Napa Valley is that they are, almost without exception, the type whose handshake is good. To find this rotten apple in such a fine barrel demands that the court do everything in its power to prevent another from showing up.

This thief has stole from all of us that loves Del DOTTO wine. There is a limited amount of grapes to make such fantastic wine. This guy needs to go away for a long long time .

This type of activity hurts everyone. Please do not let him get away with a slap on the wrist.

Convicted of a felony for grand theft should warrant jail time. In some parts of the world they would cut off your hands ... Cane you or stone you for far less.

I believe this theft should be punished. this truly sets a bad precedent. some jail time is in order.
